Greek Super League Review

Olympiacos passed up the chance to move a point clear at the summit as Giannina battled from two goals down to nick a point.

Michal Zewlakow put Olympiacos ahead midway through the first half and when Kostas Mitroglou doubled their advantage 10 minutes from time there seemed little doubt about the outcome.

But Christos Tzanis pulled a goal back in the 83rd minute and substitute Ibrahima Bakayoko made it 2-2 in the last minute to secure an unlikely point for his team.

The result leaves Olympiacos one point behind Panathinaikos, who have a game in hand.

Elsewhere, Kavala climbed to third with a 2-1 home triumph over AEK Athens.

Sinisa Dobrasinovic put the hosts ahead from the penalty spot 10 minutes into the second half and, although Savvas Gentsoglou restored parity three minutes later, substitute Apostolos Giannou grabbed the winner five minutes from time.

Finally, 10-man FC Xanthi made light of their one-man disadvantage to sink second-bottom Levadiakos 1-0.

Mauro Poy netted the game's only goal after six minutes and the hosts held on for the three points despite playing for almost an hour with a man less following the 35th-minute dismissal of Giannis Papadimitriou.
