Greek Super League Review

Aris Salonika claimed top spot in the Greek Super League with a 1-0 home win over Giannina.

Mehdi Nafti scored the game's only goal after just three minutes to move his team onto seven points from three games - a point ahead of Panathinaikos having played a game more.

Elsewhere, seventh-placed Olympiacos were held to a goalless draw at home to Kavala.

Atromitos came from two goals down to secure a 2-2 draw at Larissa.

Tumer Metin and Pereira Romeu put the hosts ahead but Christos Kalantzis pulled one back on the stroke of half-time and then Lucas Favalli restored parity four minutes after the interval.

The visitors' pursuit of a winner to complete the comeback was not helped by the dismissal of Juan Blengio midway through the second period.
