A first-half strike from Masrezwan Masturi was enough to secure a 1-0 win for Geylang United over Balestier in the S.League.
The Singapore international fired home in the 37th minute at Toa Payoh Stadium, condemning bottom-side Balestier to their 19th defeat of the season.
Geylang, meanwhile, are seventh in the table with 40 points.
