Ryo Ishikawa birdied his last two holes to seal the Tokai Classic with a one-stroke victory over Takeshi Kajikawa.
The 18-year-old carded a three-under-par 69 for a four-day total of 14-under 274 which secured his fourth Japan Tour title of the year.
Ishikawa, who made his major debut at the US Masters earlier this year before making the cut at the US PGA Championship last August, could even afford to hit two double bogeys on his way to the sixth victory of his career. He also shot an eagle on the par-five 15th.
Kajikawa also carded a 69 to take second place while Shingo Katayama (70) and Yuta Ikeda (71) claimed a share of third at 11 under for the tournament.
Yasuharu Imano finished fifth on 10 under after carding a five-under 67 on Sunday.
