Hiroyuki Fujita produced his best round to secure a one-stroke victory at the Nagashima Shigeo Invitational Sega Sammy Cup.
The 40-year-old had started the day three shots behind overnight leader Kouki Idoki but enjoyed a blemish free round while carding six birdies - including three in his last four holes - for a six-under-par 66 and a four-day total of 16 under 272. It was Fujita's seventh Japan Golf Tour win.
Idoki, meanwhile, had to settle for second place after three birdies and a bogey meant he returned to the clubhouse at two under 70.
Former champion Toru Taniguchi stormed into a share of third place following a 66 today and finished alongside Katsumasa Miyamoto (68) at 14 under overall.
