Top seed Francesca Schiavone eased past Kateryna Bondarenko to storm into the final four at the ECM Prague Open.
The Italian beat the Ukrainian 6-1 6-1 in 54 minutes and will now face Timea Bacsinszky of Switzerland, who overcame Carla Suarez Navarro of Spain 6-4 6-4.
The other semi-final will be between second seed Sybille Bammer of Austria and third seed Iveta Benesova.
Bammer knocked out seventh seed Lucie Hradecka 7-5 5-7 7-5 while Benesova ensured a Czech presence in the last four as she beat Zarina Diyas of Kazakhstan 6-4 6-1.
