Salzburg moved to the summit of the Austrian Bundesliga after coming from behind to defeat nine-man SV Mattersburg 3-2.
Robin Nelisse bagged the opener for visiting Salzburg six minutes from the break but two goals in quick succession after the re-start turned the game around.
Goce Sedloski netted after 48 minutes to pull Mattersburg level while Ronald Spuller's effort 60 seconds later saw the hosts nose ahead.
The goalscoring flurry was not over, however, and Salzburg got back on level terms just a minute later through Dusan Svento.
The game went away from Mattersburg in the final 10 minutes as first Michael Morz received a straight red for a headbutt on Salzburg forward Rene Aufhauser, while Robert Waltner was dismissed after 83 minutes for a foul on Marc Janko in the box.
Simon Cziommer stepped up to convert the resulting spot-kick and seal three hard-earned points for the visitors.
