Robert Zeher notched the only goal six minutes from time to earn Banik their second victory in three matches.
Sparta Prague recorded their third successive draw with a 1-1 result against Pribram.
Vaclav Kadlec fired Sparta in front after 41 minutes but Filipe Dos Santos (68) replied for the hosts.
