Rene Bolf struck the only goal of the game after 26 minutes to put his side at the summit, ahead of Jablonec on goal difference.
Jablonec went down 2-0 at Sparta Prague through second-half goals from Ondrej Kusnir and Bony Wilfred.
Elsewhere, Daniel Huna's strike midway through the first half was enough to earn Pribram three points against Plzen.
The visitors' woes were compounded by the 67th-minute dismissal of David Bystron.
Liberec and Slavia Prague battled out a 1-1 draw, Theodor Gebre Selassie securing a point for the hosts by cancelling out Tjani Belaid's opener.
