Rodgers connected with tight end Jermichael Finley for two scores and wide receiver Donald Driver for another, while opposite number Joe Flacco threw three interceptions.
The Packers' fourth successive win keeps their play-off hopes alive, but Baltimore fell three wins behind AFC North leaders Cincinnati Bengals.
