Real Mallorca claimed their first away win of the season after a goal Gonzalo Castro guided them to victory over Osasuna.
Aritz Aduriz and Jose Luis Marti were influential in attack for the visitors throughout and they dealt easily with all Osasuna had to offer as they kept up their bid for European football.
Gregorio Manzono's side had claimed just three points on the road this season before today after draws against Villarreal, Atletico Madrid and Valencia.
It is a measure of their home form, which has seen them win all seven matches, that they started the match in sixth, just four points off third place.
It was the visitors who had the better of the opening exchanges, winning two corners in the first three minutes with striker Adrover Tuni ending up in the book in only the second minute.
Aduriz and Marti sent in long-range shots as Mallorca took the game to the hosts.
Osasuna hit back but Javad Nekounam could not direct his close-range header on target from Shojaei Massoud's corner.
It was the visitors' turn to put Osasuna under pressure, Castro's 20-yard shot punched out by Lopez Ricardo in goal.
There was nothing to choose between the two teams with neither creating clear-cut chances in an uninspiring first half at the Reyno de Navarra and the interval arrived with the match goalless.
Mallorca were the more threatening at the start of the second half with Aduriz putting a header over the bar from the centre of the area.
Aduriz and Marti were at the centre of Mallorca's attacks and the latter sent in an inswinging corner from the left which found Ivan Ramis just six yards out but the defender put a header wide.
However, the visitors' attacking approach was rewarded with half an hour to go and again Marti was involved.
The midfielder passed from the right to Castro who drilled a left-footed shot into the top left-hand corner from 20 yards for only Mallorca's seventh away goal of the season.
Osasuna had put little pressure on their visitors after half-time but 10 minutes after Mallorca's goal Los Rojillos finally had an attack.
Massoud sent in a corner from the left which Mallorca keeper Dudu Aouate was forced to punch out and the hosts forced a series of corners as they pushed forward in search of their third home win of the season.
However, they did little to threaten the Mallorca goal with the visitors on top and seemingly in control of the game.
Osasuna had not created any clear openings despite time running out and full-time came with the hosts surrendering and going down to their third home defeat of the season.
