Rollins scored in the first while Utley in the sixth as Joe Blanton surrendered four hits in 7 1/3 innings and walked three batters for the Phillies.
Luis Castillo had two of the four hits for the Mets.
James Loney struck a homer in the 13th inning as the Los Angeles Dodgers edged the San Diego Padres.
The Dodgers had lead 6-0 but allowed the Padres back into the game before Loney hit his sixth homer of the season for the win.

Lee's home run came in the bottom of the first inning while Fox added a homer in the fifth while Mike Fontenot, Kosuke Fukudome and Geovany Soto each drive in runs for the Cubs.
Scott Olsen allowed three runs and eight hits in 8 2/3 innings as the Washington Nationals beat the Atlanta Braves 5-3.
Olsen also had two hits, including an RBI single, as the Nationals won for the second successive game.
Roy Oswalt pitched eight effective innings to guide the Houston Astros to a 7-1 victory over the San Francisco Giants.
Oswalt gave up three hits, struck out six and walked one while Miguel Tejada, Hunter Pence and Jason Michaels all hit solo home runs for the Astros.

Nolasco allowed three hits as the Marlins won their fourth straight home series.
